Rugby Registration Information

All new and returning players must register with Palm Beach Developmental Rugby Club. Administrators then will be responsible for moving certain players up to the competitive roster. Players who accidently register directly to the competitive roster will have additional fees added to their Club dues in order to reimburse Palm Beach Rugby for the per-player costs that the Union will subsequently charge us.

1.) Go to www.usarugby.org
2.) On the home page, click on 'Become a Member; Register Now' in the upper left hand corner.
3.) The next page will ask you to ‘Choose your membership options’, so click on ‘Create/Renew Individual Membership’ which is at the top of the list of options.
4.) Fill out the blank fields on the next page, select whether you are a returning or new member, and click on ‘continue’.
5.) If you are a returning member, the next page will give you a list of potential matching records; select one to continue.
6.) The next page is a medical insurance agreement, so scroll to the bottom, check each question to accept it, and then click on the ‘accept’ button.
7.) Fill out the blank fields on the next page but do not click on the ‘National Guard Partnership’ request at the bottom, then click on ‘continue’.
8.) The next page will ask you for your role, level, and club. You need to select ‘Player’ for the first blank, and then ‘Senior’ for the second blank. For the third blank type in ‘Palm Beach Developmental Rugby (Club)’, and the club name will appear, which you have to click on to select. Do not accidently select any other version of club name's with the words "Palm Beach" in them. All players must register with the Developmental side, and the club administration will be responsible for moving certain players up to the competitive roster. Afterwards, hit ‘Save’, then hit ‘Check Out’.
9.) It will cost $35 to register as a senior level participant.
10.) Next an Order Summary page will appear, upon which you have to complete your order by filling out your Payment Details and Billing Address.
11.) After you complete your order, print your confirmation page, which will have your new USA Rugby CIPP Registration number on it. You should also get a receipt emailed to you, which you can print if you forget to print your confirmation page.

Important Notice:

You MUST be registered with USA Rugby BEFORE you can play in any rugby match.

Registering with USA Rugby covers each individual with a 1 million dollar liability insurance plan.

It DOES NOT provide for any health insurance.

The registration fee DOES NOT go to the Palm Beach Rugby Club.
